(1) The couch is added only for children under 11 years old.
Following costs are not included in the weekly rental price and are to be paid on arrival
- Cost for pets: € 50,00 for entire stay
- Television + private parking + cleaning of the stairs: € 8,00 per week (2-room apt.), € 13,00 (3-room apt.)
and € 16,00 (4-room apt.)
- Final cleaning: € 40,00 (2-room apt.), € 50,00 (3-room apt.), or € 60,00 (4-room apt.)
- Water and gas € 8,00 per week.
- Power is not included. The power box is read upon arrival and prior to departure and then charged.
€ 0,26 x kWh.
- On request linen per person: € 8,00 (two sheets, two pillow cases, 1 small, 1 medium and 1 big towel).
- Deposit of € 100,00 in cash. The deposit will be returned in full on departure if the apartment is left in a clean and orderly fashion and the power charges have been paid.
The apartments are available from 5.00 pm on arrival date and should be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Deposit: 30% of the total amount
